A Planned Unit Developments (PUD) is a planning tool that allows diversification and flexibility of zoning regulations in order to design a development that addresses unique site characteristics and location. The goal of the PUD is to get better design and use of a property through the PUD's unique zoning allowance.
Services Included are design and coordination between the applicable planning staff and the consultant team of Architects, Engineers, and the client. PUD Applications and maps are prepared in our office as part of the overall application package. Sands Surveying represents the project at the Planning Board and elected official meeting.
